Ginger Root

| Ginger is well known for its healing properties. You would do well to
drink a daily Ginger Root tonic (1 tsp. root per cup of water, steep 7
minutes, fresh root is best). Also place a piece of the dried root into
healing sachets or grind and add a small pinch to healing incenses. |
| String a garland of Ginger Root and star anise above a sick persons bed or
doorway for protection from further illness. |
| Ginger tea, or Ginger steeped in a glass of red wine is a simple love
potion and lust inducer. Share a glass with the one you desire, or sip the
potion prior to your loved ones visit, visualizing a passionate and loving
encounter. Additionally, add a pieces of Ginger Root to love sachets and
potpourris. |
| During the full moon, take 3 slices of dried Ginger Root, and inscribe
them with prosperity runes and dollar signs, front and back. Choose a
private spot, outside, nearby your home and draw a triangle, each point 21
inches apart, and bury one piece of your inscribed root at each point, 3
inches deep. Each night, for 9 nights, revisit the sight and stand within
the triangle of the buried pieces, and ask your chosen deities come to your
aid in improving your financial situation, but do not be greedy. Refrain
from asking for the world, as you will surly be disappointed. |
