Drink a very weak infusion of fresh Nutmeg tea before attempting psychic work. Never use the powdered super market variety, as the beneficial, volatile oils are likely to be rancid. Drink just 1 cup, and do so only occasionally, as large quantities can cause violent hallucinations and extreme vomiting.

For prosperity, add Nutmeg to money drawing incenses, and grate a small pinch into your wallet or purse. Anoint green candles with a prosperity oil and dust with Nutmeg. Wrap a whole nutmeg (perhaps carved with a prosperity rune or a dollar sign) in a piece of green cloth, and keep it on your alter. Drill a hole through a Nutmeg and string on green cord to wear as a prosperity amulet.

To ensure your lovers fidelity, carve your initials on one side of a Nutmeg and grate, from the other side, the spice onto a dish you two will share, then place the leftover piece in a red flannel bag. Try to hide this bag somewhere amongst your lovers things, somewhere where you will still be able to retrieve it for future use. Each week, prepare a new dish to share in which you may add a pinch of Nutmeg, returning the spice to its hiding place, until the piece is finished. Next write both your names on a piece of parchment 13 times, then place it in the red flannel bag, and bury it close to your home. If you do not live with your lover, bury it an equal distance between your two homes.
