Victoria, of Moontide Arts...Well known throughout central New York and the North Country, as well as New York City and Connecticut, Victoria has a book on Pendulum usage, a Book of Shadows and a guide to opening and operating a New Age shop in the works. Victoria is a leading expert on Pendulums and currently imports the largest selection of Pendulums in the United States, in cooperation with her sister company in the North of India.
