Shopping at Moontide Arts is really very simple...
Click to Buy, Pay through PayPal (or contact us if you'd prefer to pay with a Postal Money Order or use your credit or debit card through our own merchant services), and your order will be with you shortly. About our Shopping Cart...
About our Shopping Cart...We use a very simple, yet completely secure, PayPal shopping cart system. You just click the "Add to Cart" buttons of the items you wish to purchase, and at any time you can click on any one of the "View Cart" buttons to let you see what you've chosen, change the quantities or delete any items you may have decided you don't need. Put as much in your Cart as you like, because you can delete items at any time. When you're finished, double check that you're pleased with your choices and then click "Proceed to Checkout". This will then open a box to PayPal, and from there, just follow the quick, simple steps. If you're not already signed up with PayPal, please don't hesitate, as it's really very convenient. If you don't use PayPal...For those unable or uninterested in using PayPal, we'll gladly accept a United States Postal Money Order or a Walmart Money Order for payment. In that case, don't use the shopping cart system. Send us an email (owner@moontide.net) with a list of what you'd like, and we'll quickly get back to you with your exact total and address to which to send the money order (again, ONLY Postal or Walmart money orders), along with any other necessary details. 'width' is a duplicate attribute name. Line 1, position 37.How we ship...For shipping, we use the US Postal Service, and most orders can be sent by First Class mail which takes, on average, from 2-5 days. Larger orders will be sent Parcel Post (4-9 days) or, when cost effective (which it often is), by Priority Mail (usually 3 days or less, but the Post Office does not guarantee this). Postal delays are rare, but they do happen. We ship orders out within 2 business days of your payment clearing, so your order will be with you quickly. (In some cases, money orders need to be deposited in our bank and take 7 days to clear. This delay is usually only for large amounts, for safety, due to the growing problem of money order forgeries.) As to the Shipping Cost...To keep things simple, we feature free shipping on most of our items. For items that do have a shipping cost, that will be made very clear in the listing. (Click here to go back to the page links.)
And how quickly...We ship our Moontide Arts Collection Internet orders as quickly as we do our eBay store orders, and on eBay our Feedback rating regarding Shipping Time is a stellar 4.9 out of 5. Regarding Returns...If, in the rare event, there is a mistake with your order or you're displeased, contact us right away, and we'll work things out to your satisfaction. We'll give you return/exchange instructions, and in some cases, a refund may be in order, and that will be processed immediately upon the return of the undesired item/s. In cases where we made a mistake, your return shipping cost will, of course, be refunded, otherwise, you will be responsible for return shippinng costs. (Click here to go back to the page links.)
If a Package doesn't arrive...Occasionally, but certainly not often, the Post Office will mis-route or lose a package, so if you think your order is lost or taking too long, let us know, and we'll try to track it for you. We use Postal Delivery Confirmation which can let us know the status of your delivery. Rest assured, if your order goes missing, we will replace it for you, though, to be fair, if Delivery Confirmation shows it as delivered, we can not be held responsible. If the item or items have become unavailable, then we'll issue you a prompt refund.
